ChronoScan Mobile

Photograph documents with your phone and drop them straight into a ChronoScan job. The page edges are found automatically, several pages make one document, and you get a link with everything ChronoScan extracted.

How it works

  1. On the ChronoScan PC, install the station setup (above). It registers itself with the ChronoScan license and opens its page at http://127.0.0.1:17985/.
  2. In ChronoScan, a job gets a mobile inbox: a QR code or a link you share by WhatsApp or email. The inbox says what it is for and which documents it accepts.
  3. Open the invite on the phone (or scan the QR in the app). The inbox appears in ChronoScan Mobile with a green dot while the ChronoScan station is listening.
  4. Tap Scan, photograph one or more pages, check the crop and send. Uploads finish in the background.
  5. The station imports the pages into the job's batch, processes them and posts a result link: fields, line items, export targets and page previews. Lines can be accepted or rejected from that page.

Invites and results never leave your account: phones only hold a per-inbox token, and each result link is its own secret.
